Knee bracing
Hinged and compression knee supports for instability, osteoarthritis, and recovery after injury.
Virtual bracing clinic - Ontario wide
An Ontario-licensed clinician assesses you by video, measures you on camera, and ships the brace that actually fits.
Insurance paperwork prepared. Follow-up included. No referral needed.
Your clinician may recommend no product, a different product, or in-person care.
Every assessment is carried out by a clinician registered to practise in Ontario.
What you need is decided on clinical grounds. Never by margin, stock, or referral source.
Your health information is collected with consent and shared only where you allow it.
After delivery we check the fit, answer questions, and arrange an exchange if needed.
How it works
The whole process runs from home, and a clinician stays involved from the first appointment through to the follow-up.
Pick a time that suits you. No referral and no waiting room.
They assess your condition and decide whether an off-the-shelf support product is appropriate, or whether something else would serve you better.
Your clinician guides each measurement step by step, so the size is right the first time.
Your product ships to your door. We check the fit afterwards and prepare the documentation you need for your insurer.
What we assess
We start with a small, tightly defined range so that every measurement, fitting, and safety check is one we can carry out well over video.
Hinged and compression knee supports for instability, osteoarthritis, and recovery after injury.
Lumbar bracing for lower back pain, strain, and post-injury support during daily activity and work.
Selected nerve stimulation devices for pain management, where they are clinically suitable for you.
We do not offer custom orthotics or casting. If your condition needs hands-on assessment, your clinician will tell you and point you toward in-person care.
FAQs
No. You can book an assessment directly. Partner providers can also refer you, but a referral is never required.
No, and that is deliberate. Your clinician assesses you independently and may recommend no product at all, a different product than you expected, or an in-person assessment. The appointment is a clinical assessment, not an order form.
That depends entirely on your plan, and we cannot promise coverage or reimbursement. What we do is prepare proper documentation for your claim. Where an insurer and plan explicitly allow direct billing, we will use it. Otherwise you pay up front and submit the claim yourself with the paperwork we provide.
Your clinician walks you through each measurement live on the call, using a protocol built for that specific product. You will need a soft tape measure and someone to help for certain measurements. If a measurement cannot be taken safely or reliably, we stop and arrange another route.
Your clinician will say so and direct you to in-person care. Some conditions and some products need hands-on assessment, and we would rather tell you that than fit you remotely with something unsuitable.
Ontario only, for now. You need to be physically located in Ontario at the time of your appointment.
Use the partner provider option and enter your name to start a referral. Your patient is assessed independently by a Kinerio clinician. Referrals are not compensated.
